Job Profile: Deputy Manager – Legal, Bajaj Finserv
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience
- Duties and Responsibilities • Empanel and coordinate with local lawyers maintain relationships. • Maintaining Legal MIS of against litigations cost and transactions. • Implement alternative dispute resolution methods. • Maintain record for Compliance and Audit. • Depending on the capability and performance of the candidate the job holder will assist other senior officers in the team. • Provide all requisite assistance to FCU Collections Team & other Cross Function Teams • Drafting of replies to notices received from Law Enforcement Agencies Statutory / Regulatory Bodies etc. • Drafting & vetting of notices & litigation documentation.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Should be a Law graduate.
- 2 to 3 years PQE preferably in Finance Industry
- Experience in handling Civil, Criminal, Consumer matters & fair understanding of handling Insolvency matters.
